Vintage Celine Triomphe Canvas Crossbody Bag

A beautiful vintage Celine brown Triomphe monogram canvas crossbody bag with burgundy leather trim. A great collectors item. This bag was made in Italy. The Triomphe logo is rooted in Celine’s history and is tied to founder Céline Vipiana. Vipiana’s car broke down in Paris, right in front of the Arc de Triomphe, and she was instantly inspired by the chain that surrounds the iconic French monument.

There is some incredible chunky gold Celine hardware on this style.

Inside this bag is lined with a dark red cotton lining and there are slip pockets and a zipped interior pocket for your valuables.

This bag has a clever strap design with poppers so can be worn at two lengths. As a shoulder bag with a 30cm drop or as a crossbody style with a 50cm drop.

The bag is in overall good vintage condition.
