  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
