Breitling's historical partnership with the Royal Airforce dates back to the 1930s, when Breitling's precision on board chronographs were supplied to RAF aircraft to ensure precise calculations of distance and fuel during the most challenging flying conditions. Today - and for over 30 years - the Red Arrows display pilots wear Breitling Chronographs. This limited edition is produced in a series of 160 pieces, honouring each Red Arrows display pilot to have flown and served in the team since its inaugural 1965 season. Each watch also comes with a special commission Ettinger leather watch roll to commemorate the release. With its RAF blue dial and Red Arrows Diamond Nine logo in a rare position at 12 o'clock, this distinctive timepiece is a collector's edition from the only luxury watch brand granted exclusive permission to feature The Red Arrows official emblems. On the caseback’s sapphire crystal, the Royal Air Force insignia is presented in glorious colour for the first time.
